Marketing/Coordinator Role

Marketing/Coordinator role. 

Must be London based, organised and proficient with a camera.
‍
- Help with drop offs and pickups (all in central London.)

- Organise current jewellery stock.

- Create a list of pieces that need to be made as stock shifts.

- Organise jewellery loans.

- Organise all shipping, postage and couriers for website orders, commissions and loans.

- Help create content to be pushed out on social media platforms daily, in the form of stills, video and reels. (Instagram, tiktok, facebook.)

- Help create product photography for the website and social channels.

- Help plan bigger editorial shoots for upcoming collections. 

- Order in new boxes, mailers and collateral as stock shifts.

- Add new items/collections to the website.

- Create branded line sheets for new collections.

- Create email marketing templates and update Golden-Hand members on new pieces and offers.
